Fabulous trendy boutique hotel with excellent value, we had a very very good stay. The food was fabulous with a lot of alternatives. Location: the venue was so close to all the shops, restaurants and attractions, lovely quiet square and the shops and hustle and bussle.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Great Yarmouth and had a fantastic experience. The first thing that stood out to us was the perfect location, just a minute away from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk there whenever we wanted. the free car parking on the road was a great bonus. It saved us the hassle of finding a parking spot elsewhere. Lastly, the bed in our room was the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. It made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

While our stay was overall amazing, there was one minor issue we encountered. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor.

The hotel was in a good location, by the seafront but not too close to all the noise, hotel was very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast included was lovely and there was a wide selection of food to choose from. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a really lovely stay here and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time at this hotel, enjoying the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It was also nice to have free Wi-Fi, and the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the city center.

It was a tranquil and nice location close enough to lovely shared garden, local sights to see, and Marine parade. I didn't want to say goodbye, had a really good experience and would have extended the stay.

The hotel was beautifully presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and decorated beautifully. The bed was super comfortable and gave me the best night's sleep in years. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had the pleasure of staying in Room 8 - a Luxury King double Suite at 3 Norfolk Square for a weekend getaway. The room was stunning, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The comfortable and spacious suite truly made us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. The attention to detail and high-quality amenities exceeded our expectations. Keith and Elsa, the hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Despite being busy, Elsa took the time to answer all our questions and even went the extra mile to research information for us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - delicious food, quick service, and a great variety of options. The 45-minute breakfast window was ideal and allowed us to make the most of our day. The welcome pack provided upon arrival was helpful and informative. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. our experience at 3 Norfolk Square was fantastic and we would highly recommend it for a couple's retreat.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Generous breakfast, all cooked fresh. Lovely breakfast bar with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, croissant, bread/jams etc. Very comfortable bed, rooms decorated beautifully. We would certainly stay there again and will definitely recommend this Guest House to others. Well deserving of 5* rating!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious with top-notch amenities in the room. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and valued. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from that catered for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the private facilities which were exclusive and perfect for relaxing.

The absence of a bar or lounge area, which meant we had to venture out to enjoy a drink. However, the exquisite location advantages made up for this, with easy access to local attractions and stunning views of the surrounding area.
